We are pleased to announce we have another member to our fold.

Karina Wiles joins us with her magick. She weaves such intricate details and colours in her fibre arts. She is constantly searching for recycled fabrics, making new combinations and painting onto some of these fibrous surfaces with lots of mixtures.

We watch Karina pulling through earthly textures and also adding beads and more to tell stories in fabrics.

She collects fabrics and yarns from all over the place that hold their own history and each tell a tale. Karina is interested in each and every sample. They are lovingly sorted and stored in colour batches ready for when she paints in fabric.

Karina's work is taking a very interesting path as she discovers more about heritage crafts and artisan heritage techniques. We welcome Karina to Greenmagick folk and are sure you will be interested in her work!
